If you wish to permanently delete your FTW Trading account and all associated data, follow these simple steps:
Launch the FTW Trading mobile app on your device.
Tap the hamburger menu (☰) icon in the top-left corner of the app to open the navigation drawer.
Look for the "Account Options" section in the drawer menu and tap on it to expand the sub-menu.
Tap on the "Delete Account" option (it will have a red delete icon).
You will see a confirmation dialog asking if you're sure you want to delete your account. Read the warning carefully and tap "Delete Account" if you wish to proceed.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. This action will:
Make sure you really want to delete your account before proceeding.
After confirming the deletion, your account will be permanently removed from our system and you will be automatically signed out and redirected to the welcome screen.
